Ask Sonic to drop fruit punch from its kids menu

A few years ago, Sonic removed soda from its kids menu, but continues to offer Hi-C Fruit Punch, which has just as much sugar and calories. Please join us in asking Sonic to take the next step, and drop fruit punch from its kids menu.

In addition to fruit punch, the Sonic kids menu is full of unhealthy foods for children. Entrées include a corn dog, a hot dog, fried chicken strips, grilled cheese, and a burger, with sides of tots, fries, and apple sauce. They could do better by kids (and their parents) by adding more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.

Since 2014, several chains—including Applebee’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Dairy Queen, and Jack in the Box—have removed soda and other sugary drinks from their kids menus. Help us urge Sonic to take the next step, and drop sugary fruit punch from its kids menu.
