Improve Bojangles' Kids' Meals

A typical children’s meal at Bojangles’ consists of fried chicken, a white-flour biscuit, fries, and a sugary drink—with no fruits or veggies.

With families eating out more frequently than ever before and children consuming almost double the amount of calories at a restaurant than they do from a typical meal at home, it is critical that restaurants offer healthy options for children.

According to a recent survey of U.S. restaurant customers, nearly two-thirds of households with children under 12 reported that healthier food options for children at restaurants is important to them. Yet, Bojangles’ kids’ meals are high in calories, saturated fat, and salt, and are devoid of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Please email them and urge them to improve their kids’ meals.
